1. Die Yoga-Abos sind bis am 1. Kurstag zu bezahlen.
2. Die Yoga-Abos sind persönlich und nicht übertragbar.
3. Nicht besuchte Yoga Lektionen können nur innerhalb des laufenden Abos nach- oder vorgeholt werden, verpasste Lektionen verfallen mit dem Ablaufdatum des Abos.
4. Abos für 1, 3 und 6 Monate haben keinen Anspruch auf Verlängerung.
5. Der Eintritt ist jederzeit möglich.
6. Preis- und Stundenplananpassungen sind uns jederzeit vorbehalten.
7. Anspruch auf Rückerstattung kann nicht erhoben werden.
8. Die Versicherung ist alleinige Sache der Kursteilnehmer, wir lehnen jede Haftung ab.
9. Gerichtsstand ist Zürich

1. The subscriptions must be paid on the first day of the course.
2. Subscriptions are individual and non-transferable.
3. Unattended lessons can only be made up during the current subscription; missed lessons expire upon the subscription’s expiration date. 
4. Three-month and flexible subscriptions cannot be extended.
5. We reserve the right to adjust our prices and change our class schedules at any time.
6. There are no refunds for courses.
7. Course participants are responsible for their own insurance; we assume no liability.
8. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
